Individualized Support for What Comes Next
No two teens or young adults arrive with the same questions, strengths, challenges, or goals. My work is personalized to meet each person where they are—whether they're searching for direction, navigating a transition, preparing for college, or ready to grow in a new way.
Life Coaching | College Counseling
Life Coaching
The transition from adolescence into adulthood comes with questions that don't always have straightforward answers. Life coaching gives teens and young adults a supportive, forward-focused space to explore those questions—and turn insight into meaningful action.
Understand yourself. Explore what's possible. Move forward with intention.
Who am I becoming? What matters to me? What do I actually want? What's next?

Strengths, values, interests, experiences, patterns, and the person you're becoming
Confidence & Agency

Purpose & Direction

What Coaching Looks Like
Coaching isn't about someone else giving you the answers. Our sessions are collaborative and individualized, combining thoughtful questions, reflection, practical tools, challenge, and action.
Curiosity to Insight. Choices to Action.
College Counseling
Together, we build a thoughtful college path while helping students better understand their interests, strengths, possibilities, and the experiences they want to pursue along the way.
College planning that starts with the student—not the application.
I approach college counseling as both a practical process and an opportunity for meaningful growth.

Activities & Meaningful Involvement
Do more of what matters—not simply more.
Through activity inventory and assessment, we identify interests, strengths, patterns, gaps, and opportunities to:
• Explore new interests
• Deepen existing involvement
• Develop leadership and initiative
• Create meaningful contribution
• Connect interests across experiences
Rather than asking “What else should I add?” we look at what is already there—and what could become more meaningful.
Self-Discovery & Future Exploration
Students don't need to have their lives figured out before applying to college.
Through conversation, reflection, assessments, and exploration, we can investigate strengths, interests, values, possible majors, careers, educational pathways, and experiences worth trying next.
The goal isn't premature certainty. It's greater self-knowledge and a clearer sense of what might be worth exploring.
Ready for College—and What Comes After
Getting into college and being ready for college aren't always the same thing.
When helpful, our work can also strengthen executive functioning, organization, self-advocacy, communication, decision-making, goal setting, and the skills needed for greater independence.
The goal isn't to manufacture an impressive résumé. It's to help students create experiences worth having.
Passion Project Design
Turn curiosity into something real.
The Design Process
Interest → Idea → Exploration → Design → Action → Reflection
An interest, question, skill, problem, experience, or cause can become the starting point for something meaningful.
Projects may involve research, service, advocacy, entrepreneurship, creative work, education, community-building—or something entirely original.
Not Sure Where to Start?
You don't need to know exactly which service fits before reaching out.
College counseling and life coaching can remain distinct or overlap when helpful. We'll start with where you are, what you're navigating, and what you hope will be different—and determine the most useful way forward.
